FRANCHISEE

SUPPORT

Training: 5 weeks full time. (1 week prior to opening, 4 weeks in-store practical) Additional training packages available if required.

Site Criteria: We will assist with selecting the ideal location and will guide negotiations with leasing company/landlord.

Employees: 10-20 employees FT/PT. We will assist with the initial recruiting and training of employees.

Operational Support: Our dedicated and experience operations manager works with the franchisee to ensure ongoing support. Manuals covering all of the operating procedures and management processes will be made available for your reference.

FRANCHISE FEES AND INVESTMENTS

Franchise Fee: $30,000
Franchise Term: 10 years
Royalty-Fee: 6% of gross weekly sales
Marketing-Fee: 2% of gross weekly sales
Investment Required: $575k - $750k
Working Capital: $100 - $200k of unencumbered cash
